Biography
Xinren Chen is a professor of linguistics, assistant dean of the School of Foreign Studies, and director of Institute of Foreign Linguistics at China’s Nanjing University. His major research interests include pragmatics, L2 pragmatic acquisition, and language policy and language planning.
