University of Wisconsin-Madison International Fellowships Office: The International Fellowships Office provides information to faculty and students interested in identifying international research grants, scholarships, and other funding opportunities. The Office also manages and coordinates international fellowship competitions, including programs sponsored by Fulbright, Luce, the Social Science Research Council (SSRC), the National Security Education Program, the International Research and Exchanges Board, and other major national competitions.

China Times Cultural Foundation Doctoral Dissertation Research in Chinese Studies
An annual award of $5,000 to doctoral candidates with approved proposals in the humanities or social sciences who are enrolled at an American or Canadanian University.
